The Prince Regent, Gloucester Rd, London
Property: 2 floor successful gastro pub in London
Budget: £50k
Client: Food & Fuel (a company that currently owns 8 gastro pubs and 2 cafe bars, all in London .)
Brief:
To provide a design proposal to refurbish a successful but tired gastro pub. The site consists of a small heated pavement terrace, a bar area, and open kitchen and a dining room towards the rear with about 50 covers. There is a prep kitchen, beer cellar, public loos and an office in the basement. The budget needed to cover redecoration of the exterior and interior, signage, lighting and critically link the back dining room area more closely with the rest of the room.
